Right on the Money: Maximizing Program Fees for Sustainability

In the current fiscal environment, keeping fees up-to-date to reflect actual costs can provide an important source of necessary funding. Customers of fee-based and reimbursable programs, such as your U.S. passport fee, are increasingly demanding to see both efficiency in operations and a reduction in fees paid.

Please join us for a panel discussion with Anthony Scardino, Patent and Trademark Office, and Steve Kidd, Department of Agriculture, to hear about their recent successes, challenges and experiences justifying their fees, driving reductions in cost and satisfying their customers. The panel will also feature Mark Reger, Department of the Treasury, to share additional creative solutions that have been successful for fee-based programs across government.
