Workplace Flexibility to Increase Employee Engagement

With today’s changing workplace dynamics, budget constraints, and demands for increased productivity and efficiency, it is more important than ever that we strategically consider opportunities for better engaging our employees.

The Partnership for Public Service and Deloitte invite you to participate in a Best Places to Work in the Federal Government® event, an interactive working session designed to address the important role that workplace flexibility plays in operational efficiency and talent management. This interactive event is designed to help you identify and leverage the right workplace flexibility programs to better engage employees at your agency.

This interactive event is designed to help you identify and leverage the right workplace flexibility programs to better engage employees at your agency. During this workshop, you will hear from your peers and subject-matter specialists who will:

  • Describe how workplace flexibility programs are and can be used in the federal government and how to communicate the value proposition for employing them;
  • Share successes, lessons learned, and advice for adopting or creating workplace flexibility programs that align with your agency’s mission and capabilities; and
  • Present promising practices for applying these tools at your organization.

Should you have questions, please contact Catherine Miller at cmiller@ourpublicservice.org or (202) 292-1006.
