Hay Group Excel Tool: Explore your Best Places to Work Data

Are you looking for ways to improve employee satisfaction and commitment in your agency? Data, and understanding how to use it, can be a powerful tool to help you plan and implement your strategy.

We invite you to join us for a complimentary webinar to find out how your organization can use the Hay Group Excel tool to further explore your agency’s Best Places to Work in the Federal Government® results. You will also learn helpful ways to analyze your employee survey data to find strengths and areas for improvement as well as action planning tips.

The Excel tool allows you to see the following types of reports for your agency:

  • Agency results for the Best Places to Work Index, as well as workplace categories.
  • “Key Drivers,” which are the most important to improving your Best Places to Work score.
  • Individual survey questions (i.e., percentage of favorable, neutral, or unfavorable responses).
  • Comparison of agency 2013 results to 2012, federal government-wide and private sector results
  • Survey breakdown by key demographic categories (e.g., age, gender, supervisory status)
