Millennials make up 25 percent of the national workforce, but only
8 percent of millennials work in federal service. We work to inspire a new
generation to serve in federal government, because we understand the importance
of developing talent pipelines into government. As part of our year-long
programming, Call to Serve introduces the Federal Advisor Strategy Package comprised of a strategy session with Partnership staff and two
virtual summits with agency representatives.
In the virtual summits, we will connect campuses with agencies and
explore topics such as student opportunities in federal service, hiring trends
at federal agencies and mission-critical positions.
In addition, all campuses will receive an
individualized one-hour strategy session with Partnership staff about how to
build agency relationships and create a sustainable federal service campaign on
campus.
